What qualifies for a return?

To be eligible:. Request must be within 50 days of delivery. Product must be mostly unused (no more than 2 sticks used per order). Items must be in original packaging. Complimentary items must be unopened. We stand behind your first order—open return

Do I need to contact you before returning?

Yes—please contact us before sending anything back so we can ensure your return is processed smoothly and quickly. Returns sent without prior approval may not be recognized or processed, as we won’t have visibility into unannounced packages.

Who pays for return shipping?

We provide a return label, and the cost is deducted from your refund.
